## Data controller

UAB „RNJ Transport“, company code 305801389, is the controller of the personal data collected on this website. Our office is at Šilutės pl. 105A, LT-95112 Klaipėda, Lithuania. For any question about your data, write to info@rnjtransport.lt or call +370 698 38573.

## Data we collect

We collect only the data you send us and the technical data that every website needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data.

- Price form: your name, phone number and route, and, if you add them, your company, the best time to call and your message. The form also records the page and the language you used.
- Emails and phone calls: the details you give us about your load and your company.
- WhatsApp messages: if you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Ltd processes the messages under its own privacy policy.
- Referrals: the name, company and phone number of the person you recommend to us. We use them only to call that person about transport.
- Reviews: we quote reviews that companies wrote about us on cargo.lt, with the company name and the date. Ask us, and we remove yours.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records your IP address, browser type, the page you open and the time. These logs help keep the website secure and find errors.
- Visit statistics: we use Vercel Web Analytics. It counts page views without cookies and does not identify you as a person.

## Why we use your data

We use your data to answer your request, to prepare a price and to run the load you book. We do not use it for advertising. Each use has a legal basis under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

- To answer your price form or email: steps you ask for before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business requests (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To run a load you book: performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep orders and invoices: our legal duty under Lithuanian accounting law (Article 6(1)(c)).
- To keep the website secure and count visits: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

## How long we keep your data

We keep your data only as long as we need it for the purpose above.

- Price form requests and related emails: we delete them after 12 months, unless an order follows.
- Referrals: we delete them after 12 months, unless the referred company books a load.
- Published reviews: until you ask us to remove them.
- Orders and invoices: as long as Lithuanian accounting law requires.
- Server logs: our hosting provider deletes them automatically after a short period.
- Visit statistics: we keep only totals, with no personal data.

## Service providers and recipients

Two service providers process data for us. They act only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement. Vercel and Resend are based in the United States. Data sent to them is protected by the EU standard contractual clauses or another transfer tool that the GDPR allows.

- Vercel Inc. hosts this website, keeps the server logs and provides the visit statistics.
- Resend delivers the price form to our email inbox.
- Carriers: when you book a load, the carrier gets the addresses, dates and contact details for loading and delivery. The carrier needs them to run the trip.

## Your rights

You have rights over your personal data under the GDPR. To use a right, write to us. We answer within one month. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we share any data.

- Access: ask what data we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correction: ask us to correct wrong data.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your data, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Restriction: ask us to limit how we use your data.
- Objection: object to the use of your data based on our legitimate interest.
- Portability: get the data you gave us in a common file format.
- Complaint: you can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), vdai.lrv.lt.
