Loads for carriers
RNJ Transport gives loads to partner carriers on routes between the Baltic states and Western Europe. We work with carriers that hold an EU licence and CMR liability insurance. We often need curtainsider trailers, and sometimes reefers. To start, call or email our transport team with your trucks, your routes and your company documents.
- RNJ Transport is a licensed carrier and freight forwarder in Klaipėda, Lithuania, registered in 2021.
- We give loads from the Netherlands and Belgium to Lithuania and Latvia, between Lithuania and Scandinavia, and between Germany and the Baltic states.
- We need an EU Community licence, a CMR insurance certificate and your company documents.
- Each order states the price and the payment term. If something in the order is not clear, ask us before you accept.
- We speak Lithuanian, English and Russian.
Routes where we need trucks
RNJ Transport gives loads to partner carriers mostly on our main routes. Our own trucks run between Lithuania and Sweden, so we need partner trucks for other routes and for extra loads. We often need curtainsider trailers for full loads. For chilled or frozen goods we need reefer trailers.
We do not give loads to or from Russia or Belarus.

Documents we need from a carrier
RNJ Transport checks every carrier before every load. Send these documents by email before your first load with us. We keep them on file and ask for new copies when they expire. Before each loading, we also need the plate numbers and the driver’s contact details.
Before each new order, we call you on a number we already know. This call confirms that we talk to your company and not to someone who uses your name.

Payment for carriers
RNJ Transport writes the payment term in each order. The order states the route, the price and the payment term. Read the order before you accept it. If you have a question about payment, ask us before loading. Send your invoice with the signed CMR to the email address in the order.

How to start working with us
To start, call or email our transport team. Tell us your company name, the number of trucks, the trailer types and the routes you drive. Send your licence, CMR insurance certificate and company documents. When a load fits your route, we contact you with an order.
A person in our Klaipėda office answers the phone during working hours. We speak Lithuanian, English and Russian. Write in the language that is easiest for you.

What do I need to get loads from RNJ Transport?
You need an EU Community licence, a valid CMR liability insurance certificate and your company registration documents. Your company must be active and without tax debts in its national register. Before each load, we need the truck and trailer plate numbers and the driver’s contact details.

On which routes do you have loads?
Mostly from the Netherlands and Belgium to Lithuania and Latvia, between Lithuania and Sweden or Norway, and between Germany and the Baltic states. We also have single loads to and from other EU countries. Tell us the routes you drive, and we contact you when a load fits.

When do you pay carriers?
We write the payment term in each order. You see the price and the payment term before you accept the load. If anything in the order is unclear, ask us before loading. Send your invoice with the signed CMR to the email address in the order.

Can carriers from Poland or other EU countries work with you?
Yes, if your company holds an EU Community licence and CMR liability insurance. The country of the carrier does not matter to us. The check matters: licence, company register, insurance and a phone call before every load. Write to us in Lithuanian, English or Russian.

Do you post loads on freight exchanges?
Yes. We use freight exchanges to find extra trucks. If you see our load on an exchange, call or write to us directly. A carrier from an exchange goes through the same check as any other partner before loading. Send your documents once, and the next booking is faster.
