Recommend RNJ Transport to a company that needs road freight. When that company books and pays for its first load with us, we pay your company a reward. Tell the company about us first. Then send us its name and contact person by email, and we call them.

  • Any company can refer a new client: our clients, carriers and business partners.
  • You get the reward after the new client pays for its first load.
  • We pay the reward to your company, not to a private person.
  • We do not tell you the prices or details of the new client’s loads.
  • You get one reward for each new client, with no limit on the number of referrals.

Steps of a referral

A referral has five steps. You do the first two, and we do the rest.

  1. Tell the company about us

    Ask the contact person if we may call them. We call only people who know about the referral.

  2. Send us the details

    Use the email button on this page, or call us. Give your company name and the name, company and phone number of the contact person.

  3. We call the company

    We call the contact person and say that you recommended us. Then we tell you that we have spoken.

  4. The first load

    The company books a load with us and pays our invoice. We tell you when this happens.

  5. Your reward

    We pay the reward to your company in the time shown at the top of this page.

Rules for the reward

The rules are short, so there are no surprises later.

  • The company must be new to us. A company that booked a load with us in the last 12 months does not count.
  • If we are already in contact with the company about a load, the referral does not count.
  • If two people refer the same company, the first email we receive counts.
  • We pay the reward once for each new client, after it pays for its first load.
  • If the new client does not pay for its first load, there is no reward.
  • We pay the reward to a company. We do not pay employees of the new client.
  • We can change or end this offer. A referral that we received before the change keeps the old rules.

Companies that can refer

Any company that knows a business with loads on our routes can refer it. This includes our clients, the carriers we work with, other forwarders and members of business groups such as BNI Švyturys in Klaipėda.

Our main routes are the Netherlands and Belgium to Lithuania and Latvia, Lithuania with Sweden and Norway, and Germany with the Baltic states. We also carry loads inside Lithuania.

Data of the person you refer

We use the name and phone number you send us only to call that person about transport. We do not add them to a mailing list. Our privacy policy explains how long we keep this data.

Frequently asked questions

  1. Do I need to be a client of RNJ Transport?

    No. Any company can refer a new client, also a company that has never booked a load with us. We pay the reward to your company, so we ask for its name, company code and bank details when we pay.

  2. What counts as a new client?

    A new client is a company that has not booked a load with RNJ Transport in the last 12 months. If we are already in contact with the company about a load, the referral does not count. We tell you this when you send the referral.

  3. When do I get the reward?

    You get the reward after the new client pays for its first load. We pay in the number of days shown at the top of this page. We tell you by email when we pay.

  4. Can I refer more than one company?

    Yes. You get one reward for each new client that books and pays for a first load with us. There is no limit on the number of companies you refer.

  5. Will you tell me the price of their loads?

    No. The prices and details of another company’s loads stay between us and that company. We only tell you that the first load was booked and paid.

  6. Can an employee get the reward personally?

    No. We pay the reward only to a company, against an invoice or as a credit on its next invoice. Many companies do not allow their staff to take money from suppliers, and we follow that rule.
