We write the information on this website with care and check it on the dates we show. Laws, tolls and prices change, so some information can be out of date. Our guides and news posts are general information. They are not legal or tax advice. Check important points with us or with an adviser before you decide.
Requests and orders
A callback request, an email or a phone call about a price is a request. It is not an order, and it does not bind you or us.
A transport contract starts when you confirm our written order confirmation. The order confirmation names the route, the dates, the goods, the price and the payment terms.
Rules for transport
International road transport follows the CMR Convention. Transport inside Lithuania follows Lithuanian law. The order confirmation can add terms, for example about payment or waiting time. If the order confirmation and this page say different things, the order confirmation applies.
Use of our texts and pictures
The texts and the logo on this website belong to RNJ Transport. Some pictures are stock photos, and their own licence applies to them. You may quote a short part of a guide if you link to the page you quote. For any other use, ask us in writing first.
Links to other websites
This website links to other websites, for example Google Maps, LinkedIn and Lithuanian company directories. We do not control those websites. Their own terms and privacy rules apply when you open them.

We are not liable for losses that come from using the general information on this website. Where Lithuanian law does not allow this limit, the law applies. For a transport order, our liability follows the order confirmation and the CMR Convention.
