RNJ Transport books full trucks for companies without a logistics team. You send us five details: the route, the cargo, the loading date, your company name and your phone number. We choose the truck, agree the price with you before loading and send one invoice after delivery. You can check our company in public registers in about ten minutes.

Five details we need for a truck
To book a truck with RNJ Transport, you need five details, and none of them needs transport words. Write where the goods are and where they go, what the goods are, when they are ready, your company name and your phone number. Our request window lists the same five. We ask about anything else by phone.
If you do not know the pallet count, describe the goods and their size, or send a photo. We calculate the space and tell you which truck fits.

Truck and trailer choice
You do not need to know trailer types or loading metres. From your five details, we choose the truck. Most goods travel on a standard curtainsider trailer, which takes 33 euro pallets and about 24 tonnes. It loads by forklift from the side or from the back. If your goods need another truck, we tell you before the price.
We move full truckloads. For one or two pallets, a pallet delivery company is often a better fit, and we tell you so. We do not carry dangerous goods (ADR). Chilled and frozen goods travel on partner reefer trucks.
Price before loading, one invoice after delivery
RNJ Transport agrees the price with you before the truck is booked. The price covers the whole trip, including road tolls and ferries. You confirm it in writing, by email. After delivery, you get one invoice and a copy of the signed CMR consignment note, also when a partner carrier drives. We agree payment terms before the first load.

We ship only a few times a year. Can we book with you?
Yes. You can book one truck at a time. Send the five details for the load, and we offer a truck and a price. Before the first load, we agree payment terms with you. When you need a truck again, one call or one email starts the next booking. We already have your company data.

What if we do not know how many pallets we have?
Describe the goods instead. Tell us what they are, how they are packed, their size and their weight, or send a photo. We calculate the space and tell you which truck fits. Our loading metres guide shows how the space is counted, if you want to check it yourself.

Who loads the truck?
Usually your team does, at your address. You need a forklift or a pallet truck and a person who checks the load. A standard curtainsider has no crane of its own. If you have no forklift, tell us when you book. A truck with its own crane is possible with partner carriers, on request.

Is the price fixed?
Yes, for the load we agree. The price covers the route, the date and the goods in your request, including road tolls and ferries. It changes only when the load changes, for example an extra stop, a new date or waiting time at loading. We tell you before any change.

How do we know you are a real company?
Check our company code 305801389 in the Register of Legal Entities or on rekvizitai.lt. You should find an active company, registered in Klaipėda on 17 June 2021. Our VAT code LT100014156213 shows as valid in VIES. Our EU licence LIC-008592-EBKR is valid to 19 July 2031. Our Company facts page links to each register.

Which documents do we get?
A copy of the signed CMR consignment note and one invoice. The CMR travels with every international load, and the receiver signs it at delivery. Keep the copy with your sales invoice, because your accountant may need it as proof that the goods left. Our CMR guide explains each field.
