Via Baltica, Riga and the road to Klaipėda
The A10, part of Via Baltica, runs through Pasvalys from Panevėžys to Bauska and Riga. The Saločiai crossing is about 23 km north of the town, and Grenctāle on the Latvian side about 33 km. Roads also lead to Biržai, Vabalninkas, Šiauliai and Joniškis. Via Lietuva plans to widen Via Baltica to 2+2 lanes by 2030.
For Poland, trucks follow Via Baltica south through Panevėžys and Kaunas to Kalvarija, about 240 km from Pasvalys. Swedish deliveries sail with the Klaipėda–Karlshamn ferry.

Do you carry bioethanol from Pasvalys?
No. Bioethanol is dangerous goods (ADR), and dangerous goods are outside what RNJ Transport carries. We do carry the plant’s other products when they are packed and not classed as dangerous, such as feed in bags. Ask an ADR carrier for the ethanol itself.
